In psp open the template delete copyright, dotted lines,

woodart, pixelwords, right and left stars

Click on right pink circle selection select all float defloat
from the kit copy and paste a paper of choice selection invert delete
copy and paste your tube of choice resize if needed delete select none
delete the original circle on the tube change the blend to luminanceL

Click on left pink circle do the same as in #2 above

Click on the rectangle move it down toward the bottom of temp

Click on left square selection select all float defloat
from the kit copy and paste a paper of choice selection invert delete
than go to effects tramages tow the line apply default settings
delete the original square

Click on right square do the same as in #5 above

Click on glitter circle image resize 110% do the same to circle

Click on circle selection select all float defloat from the kit
copy and paste a paper of choice selection invert delete select none
delete the original circle

Copy and paste your tube of choice resize if needed position inside circle

From the scrapkit copy and paste any elements of choice
resize and position see my tag as reference

Add any saing you choose

Add your name and copyright
