In psp open up the template delete these layers:

group-copy of group-raster16

copy of group-copy of group-raster16

Click on raster6 selection select all float defloat from the kit copy

and paste a paper of choice selection invert delete select none delete the original

Do the same to these layers as you did in #2 above

Click on raster2 selection select all float defloat add a new raster layer
floodfill with color of choice copy and paste your tube of choice
resize if needed position inside circle hit delete select none
delete the originalon the tube change to luminancel

Click on copy of raster2 do the same as in #4 above

Copy and paste your tube again position in middle of tag

 From the scrapkit copy and paste and resize any elements of choice
 see my tag as reference

Add your name and copyright

Delete the bottom white back ground

Resize all layers of checked of choice

Save as a png
