In psp open up the template delete these layers:

raster11,raster14,raster15,

raster15 shadow1,raster12

raster13,raster13 shadow1

copy of group-copy of group raster16

group-copy of group raster16

group-raster16

Click on raster selection select all float defloat delete from the kit

copy and paste a paper of choice selection invert delete select none

Do the same as you did above in #2 to these layers:

raster5,copy of raster5

raster4,copy of raster4

raster7,raster1,raster3

Click on raster2 selection select all float defloat delete

 from the kit copy and paste a paper of choice selection invert delete

copy and paste your tube of choice resize if needed

 position inside circle delete select none

Do the same as you did in #4 above to raster2

In layer make sure you are on top layer add your tube of choice again

 position in middle of tag see my tag as reference

From the kit copy and paste any embellishments and words of choice

 resize and position see my tag as reference

Add your name and copyright

Save as a png
