Open the template in psp delete these layers:

skull

words2

music notes

words1

pixel words

on the small stars erase the middle star

Click on glitter rectangle colorize of choice

Click on rectangle selection select all float defloat from the kit

copy and paste a paper of choice selection invert delete select none delete the original

Click on left glitter rectangle colorize of choice

Click on left rectangle selection select all float defloat from the kit

copy and paste a paper of choice selection invert delete copy and paste your tube

of choice resize if needed position inside rectangle hit delete select none delete original

Click on right glitter rectangle colorize of choice

Click on right rectangle do the same as in #5 above

Click on glitter circle colorize of choice

Click on circle2 do the same as in #5 above

Click on thin glittered rectangle rectangle colorize of choice

Click on thin rectangle type out your words in color and font of choice

Click on star left colorize of choice

Click on star right colorize of choice

Copy and paste your tube of choice again position on left side of circle

From the kit copy and paste any elements of choice see my tag as reference

Add your name and copyright

Delete the bottom white layer
