Lets Start:

Open the template in psp image resize 80%

delete raster 1,2 and 3

Click on raster11 selection select all float defloat from the kit

 copy and paste a paper of choice from the kit selection invert delete

 select none delete the original

Do the same to these layers as you did in #2 above

raster 10,7,5,4,

3,8,13 and 6

Click on raster9 selection select all float defloat from the kit

copy and paste a paper of choice selection invert delete copy and paste

 your tube of choice resize if needed position inside circle delete select none

 delete the original raster9 on the tube change blend mode to luminanceL

Copy and paste your tube again position

From the kit copy and paste any elements of choice

 resize position see my tag as reference

Add your name and copyright

Delete the bottom white layer save as a png

ALL DONE
